Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one email account to another, create email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail account you would like to redirect mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else.
